Shipping Policy

The OK Pillow Company is proud to ship its premium pillow products using the services of the premium overland shipping company in the United States the “United Parcel Service”.

All packages are shipped using the “UPS” Real Time service.

 

Return Policy

We are pleased to accept returns within 30 days of an order of The OK Pillow Company Products in original, unopened condition. To return a product purchased through The OK Pillow Company Online Store

• Allow 7-10 days for processing your return once we receive it.
• Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.


Exchanges

To exchange a product, please order the replacement product(s) and return the original(s) in original, unused condition for refund. Please note that it may take up to 5 weeks to complete the entire return/ exchange process.

For exchanges, we will credit you immediately the value of your returned goods minus a $6.00 nominal fee in order to offset the cost of order processing and re-stocking.

Please Note: Personal care items, are non-returnable. For health and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of bedding products.

DAMAGED - Merchandise damaged during shipment must be reported to The OK Pillow Company within 5 days of receipt. Please call us during our normal business hours (Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm EST) to notify us of any damage (please have your order number and the item description ready when you call). We will then contact the shipping company for the retrieval of the damaged item(s) and send you a replacement order. Any items that have been used will void your right to return it.
